Tricia Harmon

Founder & Principal Investor

Tricia Harmon, as Founder & Principal Investor, CORE Property Investments | West, Michigan, has walked through the fire as a single mother of seven—homeschooling her children while surviving divorce, followed by widowhood, then eviction with four dependents, and her resiliant faith to see her through tragedies to triumphs. Those darkest seasons forged and authenticated her life’s mission: to ensure no family ever faces housing uncertainty alone.
Today, with her husband, Scott, and a hand-selected team of real estate professionals, financiers, and community partners, Tricia supports families and guides them into homeownership through creative lease-to-own programs—turning “no” from the banks into “yes” for single parents, credit-challenged individuals, and the underserved.
Driven by unbreakable faith and a relentless growth mindset, she transforms vulnerability into victory every single day.
When she’s not structuring life-changing deals, Tricia enjoys boating, golfing, and cherishing every moment with her soon-to-be eleven grandchildren.
“Failure is not fatal nor final. It is a life lesson meant to be mastered through Christ and a growth mindset.”

We Are A Real Estate Investing Company

Our company buys, sells, and rents homes. We will not be acting as your real estate agent or broker if we buy your house, sell you a house, or rent a home to you. We are excited about working with you directly OR with your agent or broker if you are currently represented by one. We are focused on improving neighborhoods and redeveloping the areas where we work. If you have additional questions on agencies please contact your local real estate commission.
